I'm a fitness manager and they didn't teach us fuck all about supplements on those courses. So don't think 'as a fitness instructor' he knows what he's talking about because it's clear to me that he doesn't if he doesn't think it isn't a steroid.
From my own experience of gyms i can tell you that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to become a gym instructor. They definately don't learn about supplements, let alone steroids and prohormones.
