"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
ay can yous see 'AUTO MESSAGE: SORRY THIS SITE NAME AND ANY CONTENT FROM IT IS BANNED FROM THIS FORUM PLEASE DELETE ' wtf....
'You can see what a Fat, lazy, outta shape, no muscle havin motherfucker I am:', why do you say that, i'm not a person who judges people on the way they are physically, because its pretty fucked if you do. I used to be underweight so I know the stigma of it. Anyway, my point is you should take logical initiative towards helpin yourself, and not piss me off with that roid shit. If you study nutrition and workout then why should i critisize you or make you look like an idiot on an internet forum. The only reason Im doin it is to educate you in order to not screw yourself even more man.
As for the post of my body, I dont really like doing that shit to randoms on the internet, especially on a public forum. But because I called you out first I would be a hypocrite not to do so equally, so in 4-6 weeks i'll post my body flex, and 4-6 weeks after that i'll post another shot, so i can show my bulk cycle and cut cycle.
Deal?
and by the way, dont take my whole stance on this topic as somethin personal, i just dont like seeing ignorance in people especially when you are at a phsyically critical stage in your life, age wise.
Did you read your first post to me? How could I NOT take that shit personally you fucker.Originally Posted by Outlaw Immortal
And 4-6 weeks? Just post what you look like NOW. Thats what I did. Shit...
Anyway what did you think about my hot bod?![]()
I'm readin up on Bodybuilding.com and looks like I'm doin some of the things I'm supposed to bulk up without gettin fat. Though obviously I still need to learn A LOT on the subject.
But I am:
taking Whey protein 3 times a day, and after I workout for sure
taking a multivitamin
NOT pigging out on junk food anymore
And of course working out hard and taking the tren 3 times a day.
"You knocked him down...now how bout you try knockin me down ?"
Alright listen,
Im gonna teach you how to bulk, and i wont repeat myself, so take my advice as gold cause noone else will give you it so easy and simple, well and also read up just to learn some more stuff.
Anyway ok heres how it goes
*You only need a shake within 15minutes after a workout, with simple carbs (in other words sugar, the best thing to use is 30 grams of malto dextrin and 30grams of dextrose).
(You dont need protein shake 3 times a day, if you have tuna, chicken, beef etc.)
*You should have 5-6 meals a day, spaced out of 2-3 hours MAX, because ybour body can only process 50-60 grams of protein every 2 hours so dont go overboard.
*You need 1.5 grams of protein per pound of your body, per day, then divide that number on 6 (because you have 6 meals)
*Before you go sleep have a protein shake so your body isnt catabolic all night (in other words doesnt eat at your muslce), the best thing to do is have a protein shake with 2 caps of fish oil, or if u dont have that then use a table spoon of peanut butter
*Each meal you have lookin at your weight you should have around 35-40grams of complex carbs (e.g oats, pasta, bread, beans all that type of stuff), and also 35-40 grams of protein.
*No carbs before bed
*No sugars, that includes fruit, the only time you should take sugars is after workout like i said
*Also after the shake you take after your workout, have a meal of 40 grams protein and 40-50 grams carbs
*No cardio
*Low reps for arms, and chest 6-8, legs try and hit around 12 reps, back 10-12, abs 20 reps or you can do 8 reps with weights but im not too sure
*Also you have to learn how to have good form at the gym, you can learn that if you train with alot of the big boys there, such as ex body builders is the best way.
Lastly, i wont post my body cause ive lost alot of muscle mass this past month because ive been raisin money for charity you prick and havent had time for shit. Give me time to get my size back and i'll show you.
And you better say thank you for all this shit i just took the time to type up, becuase you dont find this stuff exactly anywhere
Thank You Sweetheart.Originally Posted by Outlaw Immortal

Hulk, are you looking to be a better boxer or to add muscle for the sake of bodybuilding? From the look of your pic on the myspace, I'd be more concerned with staying flexible and improving speed and skill. Unless you are plannning at fighting HW, being lean and lanky should serve you well and more muscle than you already have could work against you, especially if it costs you flexibility.Originally Posted by Hulk

While I realise that as a gym instructor he was never officially educated on supplkementation or indeed steroids would you not agree that there are other ways in which he would have gained knowledge on these supplements?
I mentioned he was a fitness instructor as I wanted to demonstrate that this man is a professsional in this area. He does have a knowledge in taking care of the body and the do's and dont's.
Therefore I felt he would be slightly more reliable a source than a random gym rat using supplements.
It is his opinion that the "supplement" Trenabol cannot be deemed a steroid. That is his view and opinion.
Yet you quote me saying "Don't you tell me..."
Firstly, I never addressed you. Subsequently I never dicatated anything to anyone, I merely brought forward a thread of information I had received from an actual user.
I never advocated the usage of Trenabol, however I did allow for each individual to make their own choice as it's their body.
I think we'd all do well to remeber that. It's Hulk's own choice. Many here have criticised and rambled on. What good is getting angry? Would it not be more effective to offer an opinion and try to educate himn as much as you can rather than forward a point insistingg you have a knowledge of the product, but never actually telling him about it?
Anyone remeber the days in schools where they used to say "drugs are bad don't touch them?" and all people could see was guys getting high and seemingly happy.
That encouraged drug use.

Trenabol is a designer steroid.

From my own experience of gyms i can tell you that it doesn't take a rocket scientist to become a gym instructor. They definately don't learn about supplements, let alone steroids and prohormones.Originally Posted by Althugz

I never claimed that gym instructor's were highly trained or that they were trained in supplements. I did however suggest that a person employed in a gym, working there every day, having had years of expierience of supplement use and have watched dozens of gym mates use both illegal and legal supplements would have a decent knowledge of these products.Originally Posted by ono

The majority of what I've learned didn't come from the pieces of paper I got at college - It came from personal research, speaking to people - trainers, training partners etc and my own experience working in gyms.
Plenty of the people I went to college with passed academically but the idea that they are training people etc is scary because despite being qualified a lot of them still don't have a clue.
Not that this changes my opinion on 'who's friend is right' etc... just playing devil's advocate... and reminding you all to keep it civil (you are... at the moment)
Thats the point I was trying to raise Adam.
Last Saturday I attended the IABA Boxing Coaching exam. Along with a club mate we were the youngest to sit the exam by far.
In the lead up to the exam we were given a 5 hour course and it became clear that age is not always equal to knowledge AND EXPIERIENCE.
nEARLY EVERYONE PASSED THE TESYT, BUT AT THE TOP OF THE CLASS, i COULDN'T HELP WONDER WHAT WOULD HAPPEN TO THE POOR KIDS TRAINED BY SOME OF THESE GUYS AS THEY DIDN'T NO THE BASICS OF STANCE DEFENCE ETC.
eXPIERIENCE IS KEY IN ANY FIELD

hahaha. Nah I'm not planning on fighting at heavyweight. Thats a good one though. Fukin once I get off the cycle of this stuff, I'm gonna cut back down to the 150-155 range. After I bulk up a bit and get stronger. I do not plan on staying at this weight. Also I have to force myself to keep doing my cardio for boxing and shadowboxing with my 1 lb weights to maintain my speed, rather than just get big and slow. That would screw me royally, I know. Kinda wish we had a speed bag at the MMA/boxing gym I go to, back when I used to just train at my boxing trainer's house, we had one, and with shadowboxing with the 1lb weights every day and usin da speed bag when I could during the week, it really improved my speed. Speed is essential that is for sure.Originally Posted by RozzySean
