Rocky is a good fighter with the skills to be a world champion...sadly enough for him he is a good fighter with the skills surrounded by great fighters ...

I guess the best anaolgy would be Jerry Quarry....At any other time time in history he could have been HW champion...he justr ended up in the era of Ali, Frazier, Foreman, etc
