The late hit was Nady's fault IMO, if he would have been paying attention he should have gotten in between them or scored the knockdown, he didnt do either. You are supposed to keep fighting until the ref stops you or the guy is down, since no knockdown was scored you keep fighting. Nady is not a very good ref IMO, just look at that dumb narrow eyed face and you can tell he's not the sharpest tool in the shed.
