Well I guess hw could try and beat Fena for the IBF title....

Oh and his biggest claim to fame was not his W over Raheem, it was his 1st L to Barrera.

Their is a simple answer to this question and the answer is no! Rocky is not a world champion now there is alot of fighters that held belts that are not even close to world champion, but Rocky is just a name that can't get over that hump.I think he is cursed or something

Rocky's just one of those cases where a guy for whatever reason gets chance after chance after chance. I guess cause he's a relative name and the upper level guys can look good against him because he just follows you around throwing a punch or two a round.

He'll probably get more chances, and he might win a belt if he's matched right. But I've given up on him changing his ways, I'm not saying he's as lazy as Dominic Guinn but he's similar in some ways in that he's just a guy that doesn't seem like he has much drive or energy and that's just who he is.

you know guys, we really can't put juarez down too much. If you look at the other champions, noun of them had to go through the elites. Juarez had to go through mab, which was a road block and then he ran into another wall jmm. Noun of the recent champions at their weight had to fight mab or jmm. Once pac moves up, jmm retires, and mab is retired for good. Juarez will more likely be champion then.

If the division gets very thin, yeah, he can win a belt. At featherweight, I would give him a good chance against Robert Guerrero, but that's it. I suspect he continues to get shots because the Barrera fights made him a known fighter and he looked very good in the first fight. That first Barrera loss was probably the high point of his career. He may grab a belt briefly at some point, but he'll never be the real man in a division and he'll most likely make his living as a gatekeeper.

I wouldn't favor him over Guerrero but it wouldn't be a shocker if he won that one.

He just doesn't have the right mindset, he's just too patient, too cautious. Remember thinking that he looked pretty good in the Olympics but just hasn't lived up to it.
