....and that leads to promoting other things by use of racism if you use Hopkins' rational. He said it was to draw attention to the fight therefore creating more intrest in the fight itself and I guess it's true IF Bernard wants tons of white people to watch the fight to see him get his ass whipped, by a "white boy"......it's not a positive way to draw intrest in the fight and it's not a wise way to draw intrest in the fight because if he does beat Calzaghe, there is Kessler and Pavlik and people if they are mad enough will want to see them have their chances to whip his ass.
Plain and simple Hopkins' comment was uncalled for and if there is to be racial equality then consequences and repercussions need to follow ANY racist statement and not just the ones made by white people
