I have always thought very highly of Pryor, but Scrap makes the good point that he never really fought against a top drawer jr welterweight.
Chavez had his Taylor and Randall, Tszyu had his Judah, Mitchell and Hatton but aside from Arguello, who was coming up in weight, Pryor never really fought a prime and supremely talented 140 pounder.
Still, If we're talking all time, my choice would still be:-
1. Pryor
2. Chavez
3. Tszyu
Pryor was just a beast in the early 80's.
"I take good care of my people. I like to inflict permanent psychological damage."
