I think the divisions been OK, it could certainly be doing better that's for sure.
Really looking forward to what Adamek can do there.
The problem with Cruiserweight is that whenever a guy is top in it they want to move up to heavyweight. Alot more prestige and money up a little in weigh
The guy im most excited about at CW is Herbie Hide. The guy has amazing power, altho a glass jaw. I think against men his own size rather than giant heavyweights he could be a force. I see him getting near the top of the division.
Still true in some cases, but some guys just fill out and it's the natural move. That's what will happen with Haye. But with the HW division becoming a place where 240+ lbs is pretty normal, and the weight limit raised to 200lb, more and more decent fighters are sticking around CW. When Cruiser was 194 and 220 was the norm for heavyweights, guys couldn't really resist the temptation to move up. Now a fighter better think long and hard about whether or not he wants to bang with guys 40+ lbs more, giving up huge reach. Even 220lb guys like Povetkin and Chambers have become 'tweeners.
Ive been a fan of the Cruiserweight Division pretty much since the Toney-Jirov fight like ICE said.
At the moment id say its a lot better than its neighbouring Divisions.
I'm hoping the traffic between Heavy and Cruiser becomes a Two-Way thing soon. Id also like to see more Light-Heavys move up to Cruiser.... Dawson v Macerinelli...?
Even Tarver v Byrd...? You see the picture
Thats why we need a Super-Cruierweight Division!![]()

Should RJJ go for a title at CW before he retires? That'd be a title in 5 divisions......
I like the cruiser weight division. The heavy weight division is boring most of the time. They guys are huge and most don't move very well and it makes for boring fights IMO. The cruisers are able to hit hard and move ok too, well some of them. For mr it just has a good combination when good fighters are fighting at that weight. And yes I like the guys there at the moment too.

As far as talent goes, the Cruiserweights aren't doing too badly, but there doesn't seem to be too many fighters who have that electric personality that makes people want to watch them; aside from Haye I guess, people don't seem to follow them that closely (maybe I'm wrong, but that's the way it seems).
The Cruisers are always going to be overshadowed by the heavies.
I've liked the past few years, the talent that is.It was just something DOn King did not put together any big names.I mean Braithwaite was his bread and butter and he was the least dominant fighter in my eyes.I like Dale Brown I did think he beat O'neill a few years ago also the O'Niell Bell and MOrmeck fights are great fights.THe guy I do like the best is (well can't remember his name) but he did just beat Kelvin Davis in like a half arounf a few weeks ago.Well I would be on the lookout. It could be that this division will be the new heavyweight's
They're a pretty decent bunch. I've always viewed the Cruisers as Athletic Heavies...The unification bout between Enzo and Hatye will tell a lot of the future. Should Haye win he'll surely defect to Heavy. Should Enzo win the division may have a legitimate King who will rule tilll his defeat or retirement.

It is actually in a much better state than the heavyweight division right now. I never thought I would ever see the day where I could say that.
Same with Super Middle. It was once a laughing stock division, and now it is incredibly strong.
I think u mean Eric Fields FIGHTFAN. He is awesome. 8 round 1 KO's in his first 11 fights!
