I don't understand how someone with 2 decent wins:Estrada and Rivera,and fighting Trabant next is WBC number 1 but nonetheless, when does he become an enforceable mandatory??

Well that depends on how Jose is feeling and if he feels the turnout will be good $$$ if you know what I mean.
