I have mine turned off because it had my saddo pm box full of subscriptions and I don't like it.

So I think you would use Instant.

Hulk i would choose anything apart from the email notification because if you get an email everytime someone posts in your thread you could get a shitload of emailsfrom this place i think that option is just for quite boards

No email notifications is prob the best option for you mate ;0
