Thanks for replying mate.
I actually did incorporate long distance roadwork (4 miles) in my programme on tuesdays and saturday evenings but after doing it for a couple of months, I had lost over 1 stone in weight which has made me feel weaker and sometimes a bit lethargic but I always complete my training.
However, I may add some sprints into routine - perhaps 10x100meters with 30 second break but i'm not sure yet. But thanks for the suggestion.
As for the intensity, I would say its fairly intense as in every session I sweat a lot and I feel like I have been working out.
Also, you don't think I'am overtraining do you?
Because I'am only nearly 17 and I was told I'm doing too much by a bloke at my weightlifting gym.

OK there's one thing that you should know...
You're a tall southpaw = everyone hates you!!!
You've got one of the greatest natueral advantages any fighter could wish for. Work it to your adavntage and work on that jab and cross as well as foot movement. You could become a very dangerous opponent if you master your movement and therefore gain the ability to dictate your opponents movement.
