Absolutely, it's down to two. As deep as the welterweight division is, there are really two different 147s. There's Mayweather/Cotto, and then there's everyone else.

As good as Quintana/Collazo/Margarito/Cintron/Clottey are, I think all of them would get dominated by Mayweather or Cotto.

Mosley is good enough to at least stay close with Mayweather/Cotto, but he's only getting older, his days are numbered.

I still think Mayweather-Cotto will happen, it's just going to take a little longer than we had hoped.
