Boxing coverage here is pretty disgraceful...
One page a week is about the height of it although we're attempting a resurgence.
I'm actually starting to get into boxing Journalism a little myself and I'm hoping to make a few deelopments with it in the next year or so...

Man the coverage in this ENTIRE COUNTRY is shit. You don't see fights you don't hear about fighters, the Mundine v Green thing was a bit of a resurgence here but didn't last. Just knowing that Darchinyan lost makes you look like a boxing "expert". The Katsidis V Casamayor fight no-one knows about. It's fucking frustrating.
We used to get great boxing coverage in this place, always on free to air tv on the back page etc. Boxing is in an up phase and i'm hoping it will be the case here too. We just lag about 5-10 years behind the US and other places so fingers crossed.

For TV as I have:
ITV
ITV4
Setanta 1
Setanta 2
SKY
So I don't miss a thing on the box.
For newspapers it's really good IMO especially as every week Barry McGuigan has a column in the Daily Mirror and when there's a big fight coming up there's always like a 4 page preview and there's always a page on boxing for the majority of the time.
For TV I have:
ITV (Screens Khan fights and will be screening Froch-Inkin)
ITV4 (Screens The Contender and undercard fights from Khan bills etc)
Setanta 1 + 2 (Screens all big fights)
SKY (Friday fight Night and Big Fight Special)
So I don't miss a thing on the box.

The newspapers out here covers everything from tiddly winks to badminton but never anything about boxing.
