Started my Tabata portion of my workout last night... to say that it was intense would sort of be like saying... well to be honest I can't think of a good analogy right now... suffice to say it hurt...

8 x 20 sec incline press with free-weights (Dumb bell) 12 lbs each hand: Hurt but did ok...

I wanted to shadow box so bad but instead crawled to my truck and sat in it for about five minutes trying to get the strength to put my truck into gear... thought for a bit I would have to use my teath to drive home... my arms were dead...
