As long as you are working hard enough in those 2 hours its more than adaquate.only the top pros and semi-pros can train all day every day and they are surrounded by nutritionalists, life style planners and routine planners etc... and thats only because they are so fit that we we do would barely stress them... but thats just at there level... we've gotta work up through the gears first
