So Scrap when are you going to sell me one of your Psoas stretching thingys?
A friend of mine now also blames her Psoas for some chronic hip pain, sciatica and long term plantar fascia issues she has.

Just for the info, that I learnt while being a Fitness Instructor, is that you can strengthen the Psoas muscle significantly by doing straight-leg raises.
