At last I made it .. lol its took me ages due to work coomitments and being away ect but now hopefully im here t stay, ive learnt so much about the world of boxing, and training principles from you knowligeable guys and gals, what a forum what people.

Good work Gally... I sometimes feel like i've posted 5000... Many years have been wasted away staring between the old red and grey boxes... I'm glad the new forum didn't involve a color revamp..
