    Get on da Tren. It's been helpin me out. I'm up to 166, when I started at 155, lil over a month and a half ago. I'm stronger and more muscular than ever. And haven't noticed a big differnce in sparrin as of yet.

    It will improve it, its not what you do its how you do it.

    Lord God!!!
    I did a good amount of strength training on Saturday...I was doing pull ups and thinking, wow this doesn't effect my biceps at all as I had been doing bicep curls regularly in the past.

    What I din't see coming was the effect it would have on my forearms, sides, pecs and.....I don't know what the other muscle is!!!

    What I do know is that I feel bodyweight training is actually better for a boxer than weight training as your using functional muscles not stimulated by weights that target the biceps arms specifically...
