Punch Power and Reps

Basically, you can boost or weaken other peoples rep (the amount you affect it by depends on how strong your own rep is)

You can do it in response to a particularly goo or bad post or just for the sake of it!

For myself, I get the reps. What I still don't understand is the punching power.

If you got 4 punching power...you give someone 4 rep if you good rep them...or take away 4 rep if you bad rep them.
