Well I can see he clearly has you unsettled as your usually impeccable spelling has gone to shit.
Roda and motornikes are certainly not words in my lexicon
As for the Arab if you have any more dealings with him just make an anonymous tip off to the police that you've seen an Arabic man interfering with nearby cattle.
As soon as it hits the papers he'll read it and assume he's been caught in the act and hopefully flee the country.
