i'm getting real psyched for the main event. P-T I really moved me, pavlik getting off the mat to do a great knockout, working class kid, nice guy, and all. (remember how after round 2 when they asked him how he was, he had this sweet smile on his face, "i'm fine, i'm fine.") credit to taylor for coming right back against what seems to be a real monster.

Castillo goes straight to the body, cagey first minute though, plenty of movement from Castillo.

Castillo lunging in with power shots, Montiel hasn't thrown in the first minute and a half.

Now they are exchanging, Castillo looks sharper and more aggressive so far.

He seems unhurt, straight back to business. Great shot from Montiel though and he's finishing strongly. Castillo needs to keep his hands up.

Round 2,

Castillo needs to take more care now, he's hopefully had a wake up call. He still looks a little shakey. Montiel looks composed and confident, Castillo is jumping around a lot.

Sharp one two from Montiel. Montiel is looking very solid now, nice composure, definitely bossing the fight at this point

Not a huge amount of punches thrown in this round, Castillo seems to be less willing to engage now.

Another good right lands for Montiel. Castillo is not in this fight so far, he's darting in, not landing and darting out again. He needs a big shot to regain some momentum.

Not a lot of action in this round, neither really did anything. Great shot right at the bell from Montiel will give him the round. Castillo buckled.

Castillo is already well behind, he needs to make something happen. Suprisingly it's been a slow fight but two great shots from Montiel have floored Castillo and rocked him to his boots.

Aside from that there has been very little action to speak of.

Castillo looks old and washed up at this point. He's cut, his legs look unsteady. Great bodyshot and he's down again.

It's all over, great KO win from Montiel but Castillo looked like Arturo Gatti
