    Smile What to do?

Here's the senario; You work for yourself you've done a great job for someone through a builder.
The builder wont pay you ! Prick wont even answer your calls, you know he has been paid for all the work by the client but he's not passing it on.

    <more than this.

Burn his house down, with his wife and kids still in it.
If God wanted us to be vegetarians, why are animals made of meat ?

I was thinking of a slower more drawn out torture of payment.

Maybe nail an invoice onto his thousand dollar front door just for starters.

new tyres all round for seconds.

maybe a container of black liquid cement color in his pool ?

    Im open.

No ,,,, seriously, just burn the cunt's house down. Why waste your time with a vendetta. Just kill his family and be done with it.

You fly over here and burn this cunts house to the floor and I'll fly over there and burn your worse enemies house down that way we both got alabies.

Hang on thats going to cost me more than he owes
Funny thing is I can earn as much as he owes in the time it would take to face a peliminary court ,without the trial and sentence time.
Doesnt add up. Im going for payment. I'll get it.

    No he didnt mate.
But we are not as harsh with law in Australia as it is over there for you.
If its a major contract then I would of course do that and get a 50% depoist so Im never out of pocket.

For one or two day jobs using their materials , we give quotations for the labour, they are excepted either on site or over the phone, the work is done and your paid.

Our courts except that you are not going to just turn up to a house and do work for free, so it goes without saying that someone has given the go ahead for it occur.

Trouble can only occur for the trades person if the workmanship is faulty which they can never prove against me,Im the best there is .

IT costs a day off work, to pursue these things legally so you end up losing the days work anyway.

Pursing small matters illeagally seems the cheaper way out so long as your not over the top and lose your freedom from being angry or stupid.

I think alot of small annoyances get them to shift their gears.

Can be fun too as it takes the stress out a bit.

    Any more fun ideas .

    Done that stage.

Trying to save the legs thing ,although its a great one for back up because they cant do you for attempted murder if you hit below the belt and they cant come after you, (at least personally) in a wheel chair. Unless I put ramps in at my own house of course.

Can you get to his drains ? A few bags of cement down his drains will give him a good few thousand quid's worth of problems. It's a good starting point for negotiations especially if he realises he can expect the same in the future.

just keep calling him out for fake quotes to different addresses and when he turns up ask if he has your money yet... keep doing it till he gets pissed off with you... hell dont even turn up half the time and ring the office a few minutes after the meeting and say sorry couldn;t make that one but does he have me money yet.

only if violence isnt an option

or put it down to expirience and get cash up front from everyone in the future if your not calling the shots
