I was at the local water park thing and they have a tube rapids, i got hit from behind and the person sort of went over me pushing me down so my ass is hanging out the bottom. Wouldn't have been a problem if we hadn't just gotten to the actual rapids section, where my ass proceeded to be bounced up and down on concrete, hurt like hell.

I don't think i need the doctors as it seems to be going away quite well, will have a epson salts bath tonight and see if i can hit the gym tomorrow or friday. Thanks for all the advice/ suggestions
