I think you only have to look back at Ibragimov's last opponent to see why Klitschko decided to drop the weight. It wasn't a matter of being out of shape; that extra muscle might make him a click or two too slow to keep up with Ibragimov. I think Sultan's plan is to give a lot of angles, move in and out and be everywhere Wlad isn't throwing a punch. Wlad probably added a lot more cardio and concentrated way less on the weights with the idea in mind that it just might go all 12. Even if he had done his usual training and caught Ibragimov flush that wouldn't have been a guarantee he would have stayed down let alone fell in the first place. Klitschko doesn't want to look like he's moving in slo-mo or burn out by the 4th and I think tomorrow he'll be ready to do that.
