Calzaghe will give this old man a beating of a lifetime.
the money is going on bernard hopkins he has faced superior opposition in my opinion , has fought on the big stage against big names. i dont think joe has ever been in a ring with such a legend , we have heard it all before the british public get on the band wagon as they did with hatton, im british but im more of a fan of a boxer then the country they are from , and for me hopkins deserves more respect for the opposition he has fought and his amazing career.![]()
B-hop would be his toughest opponent. I'll be rooting for Calzaghe anyway (sorry Roach). But IMO, Joecal is a little nervous about this fight. I can tell that from the way he sound, with all the trash talks.
If Joe does lose he will have lost to the better man. Much better would be the case, if he can't beat an aging Hopkins up then the haters could have a point . However nothing will change the fact he became the undisputed S/Middle weight champ of the world being trained by his father in a shed down in a small Welsh Valley. Now thats a real Rocky story!
Im worried about Hopkins uppercuts.
