No matter how you slice it, Klitschko’s fight last night vs Ibragimov was downright DULL, Wlad’s patty-cake tactics were amateurish, and I think I would have gotten a bigger kick out of Hillary and Obama slapping the sh*t out of each other on national TV.

I understand Wlad’s fans will be quick to jump to his defense. Wlad did what he had to do… Ibragimov was not to be underestimated… blah, blah, blah.

But the truth is, when you compare this fight with all the great fights we’ve had the past year or so, it falls wa-a-a-a-a-a-a-ay short. And the sad part about it is, it happens to be the division that most needs the good fights. Everyone knows the heavies are the most popular division in boxing among the casual fans. And if this is the kind of spectacle they’re going to get… well, let’s just say they won’t be burning up the phone lines to buy PPV boxing events any time soon, if you know what I mean.

So call me a Wlad hater if you want (I’m not), but facts are facts. And the fact is, my thoughts about the fight can be summed up as follows:
