Hopkins to me is overrated in some ways and i think he if you look at his career he has good timming on his opponents i think Calzagh will beat him with out put. But in no way is Hopkins a bum he cant be with his record.

Hopkins is no bum, i'm not the biggest hopkins fan but you have to respect certain things he has done in his career. I have questioned a lot of things he has and hasn't done, as have others; but to even joke about hopkins being a bum is blasphemy to the sport.

PErsonally i hate the term "bum" being used to describe fighters; sure we get carried away at times when we are drunk or fucked up and let our emotions get the better of us, but calling someone a bum who puts so much on the line for our entertainment (as well as personal gain) shows you are a fan of a certain fighter rather than a fan of the sport.
