I tried them when I moved down here and just can not get past the whole "sucking the head " thing. REAL spicy. Its really like caveman mentality at Crawfish boils........They stand around a big table (usually outside) and dump the entire batch onto the table and go at it...REAL messy.Mixed with Ears of corn and all types of sausages and Potatoes.No plates,no utensils, Just a free for all.If you ever get a chance to eat some Deep fried Turkey,Jump on it.Very tasty but seriously dangerous to make.
