I've fallen in with a new gym. I'm not abandoninmg trainers, the trainer's are abandoning me, so I'm going to a pro gym now instead.

As this is a public board I can't say much, but I'm going there tonight and I'm very excited.

Why would you want to beat gravity Scrap?

The effect of gravity on what? A body part or structure?

All to do with preparation....... preparation of what? A better way to warm up? Perhaps to prevent injuries etc? Related to the work you say will make plyometrics safer or act as an alternative to plyometrics?
