It's touted as being able to give you a total body work out without you actually doing anything on it...
Bottom line is that you need to stress your body in someway and then support it whilst it adapts to be able to cope with this stress.

Our gym has now got one of those vibrating powerplates. I only see ladies on it. Somehow standing on it is like really good, I'll stick to my squats.
