I felt he beat better fighters and was a lot more consistent than Norris. Although I love watching his fights he was fragile and at his best he would loose to McCallum, Hearns and maybe even Tito.

Reflecting on this topic I do firmly believe that while Julian Jackson was at 154 he had at least a 50% chance against any fighter in the world.
