Remember when Heavyweight Boxing was like this!!!!

First of all most of us don't remember the Marciano days or earlier in person, and secondly a lot of those eras weren't that great... When Liston the division was horrible, when Holmes was on top the division was horrible, when Tyson was on top the division was horrible... Get the picture? Except for once or twice(the 70's and 90's) the heavyweight division has been dominated by one true heavyweight while the rest of the division was substantially below them in class or size. Upon further review I think that Klitschko would have done fine against a ton of fighters back in the day... he is fast, he's so strong, and big that the little guys who couldn't make 200 pounds in wet clothes and needed a stool to be 6' tall wouldn't hit him cleanly in 20 rounds.

First of all you once again make an asshole of yourself by trying to be snotty and sound intelligent while doing so....Second I did not mention Marciano or Liston in particular did I? Oh I am sorry could you help me out a second because I seem to miss that part of my post. Oh I said nothing about that or Wlad and who he would match up against or how he would do...Well then you add to reputation of being the forum jerkoff....

I did not make the video so sorry could not leave out Liston or Marciano, I think it was titled "History of the Heavyweight championship"...And both were champions so that might explain why they were in the video....The other was just to stir up some memories on when the HW division was full of exciting KO's all the time, Today they are rare and good HW fights are like a worth while comment of yours...Obsolete.

Point was that we always had a HW champion that everyone recognized and the HW championship was always the flagship of our sport...(Yes please deny that and make a bigger ass of yourself)....Today anyone outside of die hard fans don' know who the champion is.....

I find it funny that you always look for my threads or post to try and discredit and try to make yourself look good while doing so....Is there some reason why you have a personal vendetta against me?...Is it you want to be me?.....There has to be a reason....Just come out with it man...no one will think any less of you then they do now...In fact I don't think anyone can think any less of you then they do now.....

STFU Daxx... I didn't even realize this was a thread you made or I wouldn't have said anything because you are way too sensitive. When was the last time I "tried" to find one of your threads? I don't have a hidden agenda to discredit you, its not worth my time, I don't half the time even look who's writting what, I just read the thread and then I respond.

What I am saying is that the heavyweight division has plenty of talented guys now in Klitschko, Peter, Valuev, Ibrigamov, Solis, the list go's on. I am not saying the heavyweight division is as popular as it once was, I am saying that if people would stop for a second and realize how good some of the guys out there actually are, then maybe the division would be more popular like it was in the old days. Anyways thats all I Am going to say because you get your feathers all bunched up everytime I say anything.

Also there have been good heavyweight fights lately, Klitschko-Peter was a good fight, PEter-Maskaev should be a decent fight, PEter-Toney I was a good fight.
