Its defo not Witter, but its a cross between; Shane Mosley, Miguel Cotto and Jeff Lacy. Im leaning towards Lacy more.

The second I saw it I said Lacy....
I don't think it looks like SSM, Witter or Cotto at all....
However I can see how some may think it's PBF.

Floyd is lighter than Lacy....at least from what I can tell, but I can see where you are coming from.well it looks too light to be floyd too
I also was basing it on the way the face is, the eyebrows the lack of facial hair....Jeff Lacy looks more gruff, Floyd is clean shaven (providing he can grow facial hair).
Lacy usually has some kind of facial hair going for him, be it 5:00 shaddow or full on beard

Looks like Jeff Lacy to me. That was my first thought. Red trunks are a little misleading though, can't rememer last time he wore red trunks.
Seein as I'm a jackass he probably wore them in his last fight or something though. lol.
