In most states, tips count for 90% of the waiter/waitresses salary. Not tipping is very disrespectful imo.

Perhaps the Us government should sort out a minimum wage for waiters then. It's dumb that you require tips to make a living in place of a salary.

Or something like that. I remember one time my mom was working at Applebees and her paycheck was $.25. 25 Cents haha It was because she got lots of tips that week.
