Default Some points on the weekends fights.

-As of this point, I've heard very little from Juan Diaz in terms of excuses. At the bell ending the fight he had an acute knowledge that he was beaten and looked resigned to defeat. However, I do feel he has the right to make excuses.
If Diaz came out and said that he had been sick/poisoined or injuredbefore the fight. I would be inclined to believe him. Diaz looked tired after the fourth and landed very few (stranger still threw very few from that point on.)

-Also in the Diaz fight, I felt both cuts were caused by butts. Although the HBO crew deemed the second cut to be a result of a punch, I felt the butt that occured just before the punch actually oened the cut, even if the impact of the punch triggered the bleeding.

-Macca in defeat seemed to be a man who was just ready to head back to the gym. He analysed his mistake well (there was just one, because thats all there was time for!) and seemed to be ready to work on it. Great show by Haye in that fight!

-Mitchell showed some serious grit in defeating Johannsson. I must admit I thought Johannson had him after Mitchell adopted the wrong tactics and seemed to fade after the Third. But what a gutsy performance after nearly going don in the sixth and a great finish!

Hi my friend hitmandonny , i think that have sense what areyou saying about the butt that occured in the fight of Diaz vs Campbell , i didnt think on that , but with the first butt was enough to with one more shot get a real cut , but Diaz with his first defeat now he will learn for next fight get more ready . I saw also that Diaz looked tire and played the Campbell game since the beginnin of the fight, that was his first mistake if he was good with his Jab why he didnt work him with his skill? i hearded him saying that couldnt do it , but for me was because get tired early , he are good boxer but need more , i hope for the next fight he comes in different shapes....

Enzo Calzaghe looked major pissed off when they spoke to them after the fight...Enzo Looked more scared of going back to the dressing room to face Calzaghe than he did when he was taking punches in the corner-thought that was pretty funny.

Sadly missed the mitchel fight only tuned in to the last round and just about caught the KO.

    You missed a great scrap.
Mitchell has a big punch, a big heart and a third lung!

Hey Macho, I completely agree, that loss may have been the trigger for us seeing an even better, fitter Juan Diaz,
I thought he looked tired after Round 4!

Yeah, the Mitchell fight was a greatr war.

And it's true he knew he was in for a roasting when Enzo got him alone!
