    You mean "pangalot"? pangalatot ? dialect for Pampangenos?

    Yes, i speak all those languages/dialects. Fluent in tagalog, bisaya and waray but not really in ilongo.

    Pangasinan is the province. Pangasinense or Ilocano are the people lives there. Their dialect are 85% Ilocano and 15% Pangalatot.

    Pampangga is another province. Pampangeno lives there. They speak kapampangan.
