There's nothing to say Pac has already been cutting weight, if he were then he wouldn't need to drop anywhere near 133 anyways. And IF that were the case then you would indeed have a point, as depleting yourself of sodium and other electrolytes for over a week repeatedly in order to make weight would leave anyone a fukin corpse come fight night. 133 is very close considering it's a week out that he weighed in, and suggests he is having NO problems making 130 whatsoever.
I never sugguested that it'll be a problem (and certainly wouldn't make that as an excuse) but just trying to point out that he's just 'barely' making the weight on time, a borderline case so to speak, and that must be the reason for his decision to move up. It just the case of his becoming uncomfortable with his present weight.
Once in awhile, get outside in fresh air, take a deep breath & with a deep sigh, let out all the things that's bottled up inside you & be free, & you'll get a glimpse of nirvana.

Guys I realise that our weights jump and drop daily, but I magine your a fully trained professional athlete?
There will be no excess food taken in, no slow digesting food trapped in the intestines, no extra body mass, the essential waters in the body only and no fatty foods.

Factor all that in a remind yourself that he's 3lbs over.
I assume he'll make weight I'm just wondering about it's effect on MANNY.

3 pounds is about an hour in the sauna doing light movement i.e shadow boxing. If he's walking round at 133lbs before training then in my opinion he's very light, if he was 133lbs after training, before an evening meal then I'd say he's on course, maybe a little light. Fluctuations are massive depending on the time of day. A formula 1 driver loses a minimum of 8lbs during a race. Fighters have been known to cut 30lbs just a day before the weigh in.
Remember the good old days, we miss you Marco!

Everyone holds and sheds the weight at different rates. The thing I'd ask is has he been like this before? If so they're confident he will come in bang on the button and add on lots of weight post weigh in. IF he's already boiled down (doubt it) then yes it would be harder to shift. What is his walking about weight?

    Nice and informative .......!!!
What is Pac's current weight. None of us want any dramatic under tones added to what is going to be an entertaining fight.

Well last Saturday he was 133lbs.
That would be a good average for any boxer a week before a fight, but what I wonder is, with a fighter like Pacquaiao who fights so regularly and trains so hard, will he have problems shedding the remaining mass,

I think Pacquiao will arrive in top shape, just opening the subject for debate

Not to ride your coat tails but I also wonder about that. Pac trains like a maniac already and if he has to go above and beyond his intense regiment at the las minute will there be a price to pay?
