    round 12

Jau out with the jab/Nice one -two and Huerta back on him/Hueta gets himto ropes..misses right/Jau holding on...head lock from Huerta/Nice ? exchange to body/Huerta lands left and backs jau to ropes/hard combo from huerta...body and Left upper again/Jau corner lifts him up at the bell.. /Need a Corona.

I have Huerta by 2 rounds.roughly. Phantom KD will be padding for Huerta. WOW,Jauregui takes a unanimous descision.I did not see that,And thats with the KD that was actually not a KD. Huerta needed to apply pressure and fell into Jau Pace,Picked it up last rounds but was not enough.

I'm a bit surprised at this result to be honest. I thought Huerta would win by decision. I guess 'Chatito' was just better. I didn't see the fight, I went out last night so missed the fights. I read that prospect Brandon Rios continued to look impressive.

By the way really cool Rd. by Rd. Spicoli.... Would I have been home last night I would have joined you here.....

Thanks Mick.Agree on the surprise,I was pretty high on Huerta as a possible spoiler as off late but He was grinding gears here trying to find the right one against Jauregui.I had really slept on Jauregui being so deseptive with his style and VERY cagey. He looked like a guy waiting for a bus.....Ho-hum........and then had nice tight burst's suddenly. I had Hureta winning it,Barley but good for Jauregui.

Rios looked sensational.Love the range and temperment. He can go places........one step at a time.Yeh,I like the RBR's ,There not really as well put together as others, choppy, but I just want the round posted by next round beginning ? I'll work on it.

Tell me about it ever since the 'Diamond' fight I thought he was on a roll and was fighting like a demon....

I've had the opp. to see Brandon fight live I saw him in 2006 and the kid showed tremendous heart and courage to get up from the canvas twice and win by TKO. I got a chance to see this last fight and he's vastly improved. Good luck to the kid.

Jauregui's a smart fighter but I'm a bit surprised to hear this, thought he was pretty much past it. Huerta's a funny guy, he can look real good at times, then other times, like for example the Santa Cruz fight, not so much.
