Wow... there seem to be alot of people working to take this post off track, but even more keeping it focused.

Here's my two...

VK has been out for years, and it would be suicide to come back after injury and long layoff to fight a powerful, agressive fighter like Peter. Could he win? Yes, but it is a rusty puncher's chance. You just won't see the crisp straight shots that he used to launch.

On the side notes, just type in "steroids, long-term side effects" on a g**gle search and you will see that what he is going through is exactly that--a breakdown from consistent steroid use. It doesn't have to be lifelong use, but it is way more than once. Whether it caused the deterioration, or it was hiding old injuries is irrelevant. Once he stops using, the truth comes out. Let's also remember that extremely tall people do tend to have joint and bone problems as they get older.

With all of that said, I really don't ever want to see him fight again.

Peter needs to remember that he actually knows how to box a little now. Everytime he did it against Maskaev, he was effective; when he got all 'savage caveman,' he put himself in trouble. Savage style will easily get him KO'd by any good boxer with a chin.
