I have to go with Quintana again...IMO he has Williams number and would beat him 9 out of 10 times they fought...
Forrest has been looking to make a statement and make people forget about the poor performance in the Quartey fight....a dominate win is the only way to help erase that from the mainstream fans eye....It is the only other blemish (even if he did get the win everyone know he got a gift) on his record other then Mayorga and that will not go away no matter what he does....If Forrest is healthy he dishes out a one sided beating to Mora before the ref saves the "Pretender" Season 1 champion

I'm gonna say Williams-Quintana ends up in a draw. With Carlos wining the early rounds and Williams wining the later rounds.
Forrest-Mora will end up really bad for Mora.

I think Williams will be out to prove a point against Quintana and will win decisively. Few thought Qunitana would win last time out and I would be surprised if Quintana manages to do it again.
