For years I worked at construction as well as boxed. At 545am I'd get in 30 or 45 minutes of wts in loading and unloading my work vehicle (having done 20 minutes of crunches at home @ 430am) then put in 8 hours with my arms overhead, or cutting wrapping and hanging wire (great for strength in hands wrists and forearms). Then more wt work to pack and go home, pushing my luck driving fast. Mon -Thurs I'd train a young man from 6:30-8 or so, then do my bit from 830 till about 10pm. I did my same 90 minutes 6 times a week, and on either sat or sun "my" boxer and I would have a session in which we would work on the one or two new things for the coming week, or work on problems from the previous week. In my life I have never been healthier nor happier. (And the young pugiliost now aged at 24 and making stupid pay as a foreman in my old trade, helped me unload my moving van last week.)
