I think one big mistake that the Zab haters make is that they assume that everyone who likes Zab is oblivious to his faults.

I'm a big Zab fan, yet I'll be the first to admit that:
1. He's lost just about every big fight he's ever been in
2. He cracks in the late rounds mentally and physically when someone really challenges him
3. He shows up for some fights completely unprepared
4. He's not as good as many people thought he was
5. He's got a big ego and he thinks he's way better than he is.

I could list a bunch of other things. Being a Zab fan doesn't mean you're someone who ignores reality.

To me a loss is a loss and means the same to me, it just means if he loses then I think it will be because he got old in a round. No one is glorifying a potential loss, just a statement of opinion..
