That's an impressive crystal ball you have, but as far as I know Pacquiao hasn't agreed to fight at 140, hasn't agreed to fight Hatton at 140, and hasn't agreed to fight Hatton at 140 in Manchester.

He might fight David Diaz at 135 in Las Vegas in a few months though.
