Can anyone explain this new Thanking feature?

haha you guys joke but deep down you all know we needed this feature.

Next I'm going to campaign for clothing, accessories and a throne room that we can spend our rep points on.

I think it's too similar to the rep system,it's like having 2 parallel systems,one will eventually stop being used or will not be used as often. If I thank someone,why would I need to give them reps?

OK just the few responses to this thread tells me that the thanks feature is a bad idea...and no matter what system i implant not everyone will be happy. so why bother doing all the work to be back at square one.

it has now gone and i will just be working on the the rep feature which has its faults but the main fault i see with the reps system is it is being taken far too serious and compared to much to the CC/SC system which also had its faults and complaints.

OK just a little update i have added a little number feature to the post titles and re titles to show just how many reps a post got....

it will also show neg reps if they where given

average reps for a post if neg will show as red
average reps for posts if pos will show as green.

should make intresting reading
