Rees wasn't an upset. Vegas had him as the substantial underdog. You all just wanted him to win.

I believe that this type of upsets are good for boxing, making it more interesting for the fans

upsets like gomez over cotto will kill boxing. not all upsets are good. Douglas over tyson was kinda bad for boxing also. it killed the invincibility of iron mike tyson. His ora captured the whole world, even non boxing fans knew him.
