Which is your fight of the year so far?

Went this Pac-Marquez 2, slightly over Vasquez-Marquez 3. Great year for boxing and should be more great fights to come.

I voted for MP-JMM 2 coz Pat Russell did a not so perfect ring judgement on IV-RM 3. He called a shot in the belt-line as low blow. That fight should've been a draw. I can't blame why Beristain and Quintana are formaly filing a protest Vazquez's camp.

Vasquez-Marquez for the back and forth action, and then the ending. Vasquez won that fight in the last 20-30 seconds of the fight!

I went with Vazquez-Marquez, JMM-MP and Casamayor-Kats were good but not quite as good IMO.

Although it's amazing the amount of potential winners at this early point

Two people voted for Mitchell Johanneson which I thought was a brilliant fight, but they voted anonymously so I don't know who they were

Come on who voted for this fight? It wasn't my favourite fight of the year but it may well end up being the British fight of the year, a terrific scrap, I want to see some discussion of that fight in here too

Mitchell Johannson was a cracker of a fight.
And to think it could have gone under the radar if Hay and Macca hadn't come along at the right time!

Mitchell has had performances like that before, a real gritty, honest fighter.

As for world level, potentially he could be, but he will need to develop.
I'm not sure he can develop in England though.
