It's gameplay on Judah's part, but it is a fair request. I think drug testing isn't stringent enough. It needs to happen throughout camp, before and after the fight. As it stands, so long as you cut off far enough in advance you can avoid detection come fight night.
That being said, if it isn't performance-enhancing that shouldn't scratch the fight. Perhaps it warrants a suspension, but Andrew Golota getting slapped silly by a toked-out Mike Tyson had nothing to do with anything other than what was inside Mike's gloves. Mike beat him like Andrew got too busy to make dinner and it was unfair for them to void the fight because of the presence of a drug that, if anything, would have made him less capable of doing that.
Besides, they should have been able to tell something was up from the big bag of Cheetoh's Mike had in his corner.
