Sex before a fight myth!?!?!?! :D

I dont have sex for five weeks before a fight. It not just the physical, but mentally it can be a distraction. To be honest being in a relationship during training camp is hard enough. Some other fighters I know dont have sex for 2-4 weeks before a fight. Im old school and take no chances.

What about wanking do you stop that too?

No man, no sex or wankin. It is hard for the first week or two but then all my energy goes into fighting and I think about it as much. There is about a week after a fight that i turn into a small dog and f#ck everthing with a pulse Seriously though, I look for any edge I can get and thats just one of the bigger sacrafices.

Went three months once, preparing for competition, dislocated my shoulder before the comp and couldn't enter! Thats bad!

It was my right shoulder!
