    Default chest fat

hi.im 15 years old.im not fat at all but have a lot of chest fat especially on my lower chest or around my "tits". i have a bench in my basement because i cant go to a gym because i have no time since the nearest gym is like 30 minutes away.however, im doing a lot of jump ropes every single day and i lowered my calorie intake and im climbing the stairs in my house like 16 laps.although i lost fat on my upper chest no fat is lost on my LOWER chest area which gives it a bad look like "man titties".! why is that and what can i do do lose the fat fast and tone my chest

You might want to do a bit more cardio TG, try jogging round the block a few times and at the end of the session try sprinting as fast as you can for 100 meters even if you are beat. Keeping your heart rate fairly fast while doing cardio will help you lose those man titties, it worked for me.

I was 13 stone before I started boxing training, I'm now 10 stone 5 after taking part in a few marathons and doing a bit of cardio every day (rest on weekends) It had taken me almost half a year but I feel fitter than ever, if your going to do alot of running make sure you buy some proper running shoes. I bought a pair of Saucony running shoes for £75 and they have stopped my knee from aching after a run.

if anyone makes fun of your "man titties" show them up in the ring and you wont have to worry about it

If you bench press wide grip, then you will turn the fat into solid muscle. I have a kid in my class who had the saem problem as you and he just benched and did a ton of push ups and he has a rock hard chest now. So just work out your chest alot.

I didn't read the whole thing. Just did a quick search to find him a reference so he could read for himself. Anyway, most often, it's just a phase but it can be a serious problem that can't be controlled by exercise alone. In some cases, guys have to go through hormone therapy or even breast reduction surgery to get rid of them. To make it even more strange, some guys start lactating. I'd never make fun of someone for something they had no control over (like a handicap or genetic predisposition to "bitch tits"). But I'm so happy I never had to go through that. It can do real psychological damage if it doesn't get better.

But not to worry TG. In most cases, it is just a phase that will pass as long as you don't encourage it by putting on weight or doing things that increase estrogen production.
