I dont love Witter, I am a big Hatton fan but I have gained a lot of respect for Witter over the last few years,

he missed his chance to fight hatton a few years ago because the fight didn't make sense but now he is a world champion

And I think we would all agree I would rather see Hatton Vs Witter at the City of Manchester than Hatton Vs Lacuzwho

Naturally ALL boxing fans should want the best per divison to face eachother. So why would it be surprising so many prefer to see this match-up than Hatton fighting an exhibition match?

...too broad of an assumption most people U.S. or not dislike witter. Hell most people out here don't even know who the hell the guy is outside of true boxing fans. And there's me thinking stoppage wins over TSzyu and Castillo were slightly better then a win over Vivian Harris.

I wouldn't say I am in love with Witter. He is not even in my top ten of favorite fighters out there today. I just feel that based on what he has accomplished at 140 that he is deserving of a shot at Hattton more than anyone in the weight class. You may say he is not in Hatton's class or that Ricky will KO him, but it deserves to be proven in the ring.
